轉子選用不對稱型線，運行效率高，選用圓柱滾珠軸承， 提高了承載能力。支撐著轉子可靠地運行，磨損小，維 修保養(yǎng)費用低，主機壽命長、可靠性安全性高。
配有金屬框架的雙輪圈氟橡膠環(huán)能夠承受一定的壓力，形 成可潤滑的軸密封裝置。軸上的襯套系運用我公司的獨家 技術進行特殊加工，具有完善的密封性能和超長的壽命。
為了保證軸承的轉速和負載量，螺桿式壓縮機采用SKF軸 承受重能力相當高的優(yōu)質軸承，保證了較長的軸承壽命。
1.吸氣 /air intake
空氣進入進氣端轉子的螺旋槽
Air enters the spiral groove of the rotor at the air intake end.
2.壓縮 /compression
隨著轉子的旋轉，進氣口關閉， 潤滑油注入容積減少同時氣體 壓力升高 。
The air inlet closes and lubricating oil enters in response to the rotation of the rotor.The volume decreases and meanwhile the gas pressure rises.

4.排氣 /air discharge
壓縮過程結束，最終壓力獲得， 排氣過程開始。

The compressors in ERC series rotates by means of triangular belts, coupling direct connection and gear change. The compressors are reasonably structured to ensure excellent operation and easy and correct installation, commissioning and maintenance, and it can also realize maximum rotational efficiency and longer useful life.
